Preschool gymnastics programs, for children aged 16 months to 5 years old, teach the fundamental techniques, develop strength, safe use of gym equipment, self-confidence and readiness for more formal grade school and team programs.
Younger children participate in parent and child classes where coaches teach parents and children to explore the gym equipment and stay focused and engaged.
3-5 year old children programs are children only classes solidifying the fundamentals and teaching the safe use of each piece of gym equipment.
We’re looking for Gymnastics Coaches for our Preschool programs who are comfortable with and proficient at working with younger children and their parents. An understanding of early childhood development stages is helpful to set age appropriate expectations for parents and better understand the way younger children communicate.
